The Market Context
The Andhra Pradesh government's ₹2,400 crore Quantum Valley initiative in Amaravati is one of the most significant deep-tech infrastructure investments in India. Over 50 labs, data centres, and semiconductor facilities have been announced for completion between 2025 and 2030 — with several already in advanced stages of construction and fit-out.
Every one of these facilities requires ongoing, specialised housekeeping that maintains ISO classification, prevents contamination events, and produces documentation that satisfies investors, clients, and regulators. General facility management firms — however competent at office cleaning or industrial maintenance — are structurally unsuited to provide this. The protocols, consumables, equipment, and documentation disciplines are fundamentally different.
Blue Sky Quantum was established in 2025 to fill this gap. We are the only firm based in Amaravati that is purpose-built for technical housekeeping in controlled environments. We are not diversifying into this space — it is our entire business.
